After receiving his BA of Arts, Business & Economics from Wittenburg, Mark attended the University of Toledo where he received his JD. He began practicing law in 1991. His areas of practice include Domestic Relations, Probate, Real Estate and matters related thereto. Mark has also been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and is a part owner of CS Title Company in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Mark has served in various positions in the community including the City Attorney for the City of Washington Court House since 2002 and City Prosecutor for the City of Washington Court House since 1995. He has been an active member of the Ohio Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Fayette County Bar Association, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and a past member of the American Bar Association. Mark is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Southern District Courts of the United States.
